CONTEXT
In the late 18th century, during a period of industrial revolutions and societal upheaval in many major countries, the events of Bloodstained: RotN took place. As civilization progressed, people's beliefs shifted away from magic to tangible realities. Feeling disillusioned, alchemists came up with a scheme to summon the devil through ancient rituals in order to gain influence and regain people's faith in them.
In order to achieve this, they forcefully kidnap and care for a group of deserted animals, embedding each one with a mystical guiding stone and calling them Shardbinders. These individuals, also referred to as "Shardbinders," have stone fragments that will keep increasing in their bodies until they become too large to be removed. The challenges faced by Shardbinders have been utilized as a worldwide offensive tactic against the Alchemist and the demon.
THE GAMEPLAY IS ENGAGING AND ENJOYABLE.
In the game, you will take charge of a character in order to inflict maximum damage on enemies in the quickest time possible. Players can further enhance their role-playing experience by personalizing the character's look and hair color. By defeating monsters, players can replenish their energy by activating Demon Shard shards located throughout the body. There is a range of Demon Shard shards available for players to utilize, which can be upgraded to maximize their power and adapt tactics to different situations without compromising effectiveness.
VISUALS AND AUDIO
The game's visuals blend traditional and modern elements in order to attract players of all ages. The appearance of each character is meticulously thought out, including details such as hairstyles, makeup, eye color, and facial expressions.
