STORY'S ORIGINS
The plot of Smurfs Magic Match is based on the original film with the same title. In the story, the evil sorcerer Gargamel finds the Smurf village and sends his henchmen to capture as many Smurfs as they can. The village descends into chaos as the henchmen attack, causing most of the villagers to flee. Only two Smurfs remain behind, unaware of how to defend their home, as they venture out to gather firewood.
